The wellness practices I have come to love have allowed me to widen my comfort zone, find a much greater love of life and of myself, and ultimately feel happier than I could have believed was possible during more challenging times. The keyword here is 'practice' - there is no magic wand, but these techniques are empowering. If you are ready for change, I am ready to support you.

Just in case you were curious about me, that's what I'm all about... also my lovely husband and 2 little livewires, nature, the theatre, wonderful friends, Autumn, all species of tea, warm socks, new places - and these days, bags of reminders to be kind to myself - which is pretty much always where all this begins.
